Convenient location in Dyersville. A few minutes from US 20. Clean and spacious room, daily housekeeping and a decent breakfast. Good security and close to the Dollar General, Dairy Queen and McDonalds.

Location was good and property was clean and had been updated recently. Overall it was what we expected based on stays at similar hotels over the years. Staff was efficient at arrival, breakfast and departure.

Room was clean smelled clean breakfast was good maybe add a choice of meat to go with the scrambled eggs location it was very easy too find

Staff was great; breakfast was hot, had a variety of items, and there was ample parking on site, room was spacious with mini-fridge & microwave.
